June 11, 2013 June 11- Japanese mobile operator SoftBank Corp raised its offer for U.S. wireless carrier Sprint Nextel Corp to $21.6 billion for a 78 percent stake as it looks to fend off a rival bid for Sprint by Dish Network Corp, the No. 2 U.S. satellite TV provider.
