UPDATE 1-Sprint reports smaller-than-expected loss, record low churn | |

August 05, 2015 Aug 4- Sprint Corp reported a much smaller-than-expected quarterly loss and record low customer defections in its postpaid business, helped by promotions and new tariff plans. The company reported a loss of $20 million, or 1 cent per share, for the first quarter ended June 30, compared with a profit of $23 million, or 1 cent per share, a year earlier.
