Wanted Antioch man captured in North Dakota | |

November 04, 2013 The hunt is over for an Antioch man wanted for questioning in connection with the suspicious deaths of his wife and mother nearly one week ago. Antioch Police Chief Craig Somerville said Billy Varner, 54, was arrested by the Williams County (N.D.)
