February 12, 2015 West Dundee-based Tri-Cities Little League is the new state champion, now that Jackie Robinson West has been stripped of the title. Tri-Cities coach Tim Mahoney said he harbors no hard feelings toward the team. "I'm just heartbroken for the Jackie Robinson West kids."
