November 25, 2011 Shoppers Friday were celebrating the deals they found at suburban malls as the traditional start of the holiday shopping season got under way earlier than ever. At Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, Nash Wan Shahrin had collapsed on a red bench surrounded by more than a dozen bulky shopping bags by 7 a.m. By then, he'd already been shopping seven hours.
