June 09, 2014 A 53-year-old Waukegan man is in police custody after police believe he killed his wife, daughter and dog Sunday night. Police responded to a 911 call at 6:15 p.m. that they believe was from the suspect, who told them he killed his family and was going to kill himself. fficers responding to the call at the townhouse in northwest Waukegan came upon a grisly scene.
