Yuan could head toward 7.30-7.40 on U.S.-China tensions: Strategist

China's central bank is tolerating weakness in the yuan amid rising tensions with the United States, says Marc Chandler of Bannockburn Global Forex, adding the yuan could fall to the levels of 7.30 to 7.40 against the greenback.
