January 31, 2012 It was 20 years ago that the film crews and movie stars came to Woodstock. In 1992, Bill Murray, Andie MacDowell, Chris Elliott and a little groundhog filmed the movie in Woodstock that would make the world take notice of the picturesque McHenry County town and its quaint square.
