Kane County coroner, chairman at odds over budget | |

August 24, 2013 Kane County Coroner Rob Russell and County Board Chairman Chris Lauzen clashed Friday over Russell's request to increase his payroll by adding two new employees. Lauzen said the request is unfair to other departments toeing the line on a quest for a flat budget.
