Lake County woman killed by ex-boyfriend days after receiving order of protection | |

March 16, 2013 A Lake County woman who obtained an order of protection this week against her ex-boyfriend was killed by him before he took his own life, authorities said. Diane Kephart, 61, was attacked by Paul Neff of Mundelein in the driveway of her parents' Antioch Township home, police said. "This is a very tragic day," Sheriff Mark Curran said.
