Lockdown over at Hoffman Estates High School | |

October 23, 2014 A soft lockdown of Hoffman Estates High School that began when an unattended package was found at about 10:30 a.m. in the school's stadium has ended. Hoffman Estates police Sgt. Kasia Cawley said the bomb squad cleared the area of any possibility of danger by 12:20 p.m., but the investigation of the package is continuing.
