Naperville police seeking warrant for suspected puppy thief | |

November 15, 2013 Naperville police are seeking an arrest warrant for a suspect in the recent cases of puppies stolen from Petland stores, authorities said Friday. Sgt. Lou Cammiso said police have identified a suspect in the theft of a white 2-month old Havanese puppy named Casper, who was taken from the store at 720 S. Route 59 on Nov. 8.
