Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team Receives Support from Reality Realty Virginia Heroes

Reality Realty Virginia Heroes (www.ViriginiaHeroes.com) is a proud sponsor of the Saturday, November 16, 2013 event featuring a team of Wounded Warrior amputees, Washington Redskins and NFL greats including Gary Yepremian and Mike Bass as well as Governor George Allen to reenact one of the NFL's most famous plays from Super Bowl VII.

Arlington, VA - A team of Wounded Warrior amputees, Washington Redskins and NFL greats including Gary Yepremian and Mike Bass as well as Governor George Allen will gather this Saturday, November 16, 2013, to reenact one of the NFL's most famous plays from Super Bowl VII. This fun afternoon is to support the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team and is open to the public ($20 for adults, $10 for children and free for disabled veterans).

The event is being held at Bishop O'Connell High School's McMurtrie Stadium.

Redskins stars Brian Mitchell and LaVar Arrington, whose father is an amputee veteran, will host this tribute along with more than 25 other Redskins and NFL Alumni, including Larry Brown, Pat Fischer, Ted Vactor (who blocked Yepremian's field goal attempt), Mack Alston, Ray Schoenke, Eric Metcalf, Bob Asher, Stan Gelbaugh, Eric Sievers, Kevin Glover, Derrick Dockery, Tony Lilly, CC Brown, Ron Saul, Eric Hipple, Bruce Laird and another dozen NFL alumni that are to be announced. Redskins players will be joined by the Miami Dolphins kicker Garo Yepremian to reenact the famous Super Bowl VII play that has been named "NFL Films #1 Football Folly."
