Once-troubled Rolling Meadows apartment complex gets new owners | |

September 25, 2013 The Apartments at Woodfield Crossing, for many years a source of crime and controversy in Rolling Meadows, has been sold to an unnamed institutional buyer, its current owners announced Tuesday.
