March 25, 2013 A Woodstock man already being called the "Craigslist rapist" had his latest court hearing at 9 a.m. Monday so a judge could reconsider his bond, according to police and court records. Charles R. Oliver, 44, of the 400 block of West Greenwood Avenue, is in custody on a slew of charges related to sexual assault, kidnapping, intimidation and harassment of six different victims between November 2011...
