Roeser closes on Anvil Club deal | |

November 24, 2013 The historic Anvil Club in East Dundee officially belongs to Tom Roeser, president and chief executive officer of Otto Engineering in Carpentersville. Roeser, who is partnering with East Dundee to breathe new life into its downtown, officially completed the transaction Thursday, acquiring the 57-year-old supper club and buying out its 20 shareholders.
