Should Naperville bookshop pay for Bush visit security? | |

December 04, 2014 Naperville played host to former president George W. Bush on Monday at a bookstore downtown, and now there are questions about who should foot the bill for police presence required to keep the event safe. With seven uniformed Naperville police officers at the event, a street and a parking lot closed, City council member Doug Krause said "maybe the bookstore should be responsible for the additional cost."
