UPDATE 1-Dish profit rises 38 pct on higher revenue per user | |

February 21, 2014 Feb 21- Dish Network Corp, the second largest U.S. satellite TV company after DirectTV, reported a 38 percent rise in fourth-quarter profit as it generated more revenue per user.
