Waukegan Harbor to get funding because of Hurricane Sandy | |

March 29, 2013 The ongoing project to make Waukegan Harbor deeper for ships will get an additional $990,000 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, a pair of Illinois lawmakers announced Friday. The funding will help repair damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.
