UPDATE 1-AT&T to buy Leap Wireless for $1.19 bln in cash | |

July 13, 2013 July 12- AT&T Inc said on Friday it will acquire prepaid wireless provider Leap Wireless International Inc in a deal valued at about $4 billion, including debt.
